Job description
Nethone is looking for a Customer Engineer. As a company, we are specialized in AI-driven business intelligence and fraud prevention. Nethone enables online merchants to sell more, earn more, and maximize every dollar they invest in risk management and customer acquisition.
In this position, you will:
- guide our clients through the integration process (organizing calls, reporting progress, inquiring about and structuring client data)
- coordinate internal process of integration (consulting internal dev teams, managing schedules)
- be the go-to person when it comes to troubleshooting integration issues, often requiring deeper understanding of used technologies and research of potential solutions
- provide daily customer engineer services to existing clients, incl. technical support, ensuring proper communication, monitoring databases
- maintain technical documentation, both internal and client-facing
- create and execute data quality tests to ensure that all components are integrated correctly
- closely cooperate with our data scientists and developers
Job requirements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience working directly with clients on technical issues as customer engineer, technical consultant, integration specialist or other relevant role
- basic knowledge and experience with JavaScript, web development (HTML, browsers, cookies) and APIs
- proficiency in writing and maintaining technical documentation
- at least intermediate command of SQL
- ability to manage many projects simultaneously
- very good communication and interpersonal skills
- fluency in English both written and spoken
- proven strong working ethic and sense of ownership
Appreciated assets:
- knowledge of additional programming language (e.g. Python)
- familiarity with agile software development practices and tools
- passion for technology and AI is a plus
- command of additional foreign languages (e.g. Portuguese)
