Responsibilities

  • Routine and operational support activities related to our payment solutions and looking for process improvements
  • Supporting customers during the integration phase
  • Troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers 
  • Communicating and collaborating with all teams within Nethone

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer support/customer engineer
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • High sense of ownership and proactivity
  • Strong customer-facing skills
  • In addition to a proven technical background, feel comfortable reading logs, source code, and querying DBS, you have the love for technology with a get-to-know-how-it-works attitude
  • Natural problem solver
  • Ability to embrace the mindset of continuous improvement and actively contribute to the process and procedure of the team
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, with an absolute focus on the quality of the result
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • Nice to have 
    • Knowledge in online payment/risk or fraud management
    • Experience in working in B2B SaaS company
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
