About the role

Nethone ​​is looking for a highly-talented Revenue Operations Associate focused on supporting our commercial area. 
Our team’s mission is to align and improve all sales, marketing and customer success operations across the full customer journey to drive growth through operational excellence and effective use of data while keeping all teams accountable to revenue.
Your goal will be to expand Revenue Tech Stack intelligence and to better understand the tools that we are using. To achieve this you will work closely with other teams such as Business Development, Marketing and Customer Success to understand their business needs and ensure we fully leverage Nethone’s solution to generate value.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Owning current revenue-generating tools and platforms (sales and marketing automation, enrichment databases…), keeping them running smoothly and suggesting new tools to support revenue generation
  • Working in collaboration with our CRM team to own data accuracy in Salesforce through the definition of data golden records and governance
  • Creating automated data enrichment flows to keep our Salesforce data up to date, duplicate-free, and as complete as possible (using tools such as Captaindata, Surfe, Lusha, Zoominfo, DropContact etc…)
  • Automating every activity that can be automated to let Sales and Success teams focus on their core, value-adding activities
  • Supporting Sales and Grow enablement teams on tools implementation and training
  • Centralizing needs from all revenue-generating teams (marketing, sales, success)

What do we expect from you?

  • Professional experience in consulting, sales/revenue/business operations, data analytics, or business systems administration for at least 2 years
  • Fluent English - both written and spoken (minimum C1)
  • Experience in growth hacking, scrapping, or automation tools (n8n, Make/Integromat, Zapier)
  • Previous experience working with a Salesforce CRM and Hubspot min. 1 year
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - experience in working with large datasets and deriving insights from the conducted analyses
  • Advanced practical knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets (must have - knowledge of functions such as vlookup, sumifs, countifs, etc.)
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and business mindset
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience working with SaaS such as Zoominfo, DropContact, Captaindata, Surfe, Lusha
    • Familiarity with sales/success automation tools such as Totango, Outreach, Chili Piper or similar tools is a plus
    • Interest in new technologies and fraud prevention
