In this position you will report directly to the Head of BD. You will also work closely with the Marketing team as well as our Market Intelligence unit. Outside of the Commercial area, you should have a number of interactions with other parts of the company, especially Product Development and Customer Success.
As a primary focus you will be responsible for generating business value (contracts) coming from Poland and the CEE region. You are not limited to only these, but you should double check with the rest of the teams once you have a prospect outside of this geographical focus.
We are putting a strong focus on remote-friendliness in the ways we operate. Given the nature of our business, you may be requested to attend events across your market as well as occasional visits to our HQ in Warsaw. Our business is truly global, you will not only travel a lot, as you will be working on deals within several markets. This is a great way to learn how business is conducted across different geographies.
We are looking for an experienced payment-tech business development professional that combines relevant market experience and direct access to decision makers (network) together with a significant amount of energy to continue our go-to-market growth over the coming years. Since we are working in a fast-moving intersection of cybersecurity, payments and machine learning, everyday work poses very specific challenges in terms of business development. Although very challenging, this is a space with a very bright future, especially as we are equipped with a unique value proposition stemming from our proprietary technology.
